A multi-site enterprise managing hundreds of monthly technical interventions relied entirely on manual reporting — creating bottlenecks, inconsistent documentation quality, and zero real-time visibility into technician performance or site accountability.
Task
Design and ship a full-stack intervention management platform with embedded AI, multi-role access control, and real-time analytics, replacing fragmented manual workflows entirely.
Architecture & Action
Built on Python/Flask with a clean service-repository architecture. Integrated Google Gemini AI for automated intervention report generation, intelligent NLP content validation, and real-time spell correction. Implemented a 4-tier RBAC system (Admin, Supervisor, Technician, Operator). Delivered Chart.js dashboards providing real-time visibility into technician performance, response times, and intervention volumes. Containerized via Docker Compose with MySQL and full administration layer.
Outcomes
Platform became the single source of truth for multi-site coordination and performance accountability, with standardized reporting quality through AI-assisted validation.
