Architect and deliver a cloud-native microservices ERP covering the full operational lifecycle, scalable across the group's entities, with zero-downtime release capability and automated CI/CD infrastructure.
Architecture & Action
Designed a microservices architecture with Kubernetes orchestration on AWS, managed via Docker. Spring Boot backends served Angular frontends under Agile/Scrum delivery governance. Modules covered procurement, production tracking, inventory management, and sales operations. Real-time KPI dashboards aggregated production metrics, stock levels, and cross-entity sales performance.
